Canterbury Pudding
- Half a pound of beef suet
- Half a pound of lard grated
- A glass of Brandy,
- the juice of one lemon & the peel cut very fine.
- 2 eggs
Mix up all these ingredients with two eggs well beaten, & put them into a mould or basin, & let the pudding boil two hours. Serve it up with a little brandy sauce or plain butter - either will be good.
